Worldcook's Recipes with coffee

The very first coffee is said to be harvested in Ethiopia, and from there until now it has traveled all over the world. Worldcook is a coffee addict but only loves a good strong espresso or cappuccino; Turkish coffee once in a while is also fine. But none of those modern coffee pads or cups. And coffee without caffeine seems a sorry aberration. Still, rest assured, in recipes you often hardly notice the difference.
The coffee plant grows around the equator and has white flowers (see above). The berries are picked, dried and roasted. Robusta is known as the most powerful coffee and Arabica as the most aromatic. Most coffee brands use a mixture of the two. But both sorts have many variations with just as many different tastes, so to find out which coffee is the best for you, you have to try many.
