Worldcook's Roquefort recipes

Roquefort is a French blue cheese from Aveyron in the Midi-Pyrenées, made from sheep's milk. It ripens in grotto's and can be as old as 9 months. One makes regularly holes in the chesses with a long needle to allow the blue mould to develop itself optimally.
