Fish apple salad

 

Blue cheese and walnut salad

  • 300 GRAM WHITE FISH, cleaned in cubes
  • 2 APPLES, cleaned in cubes
  • 4 GREEN ONIONS, cut
  • 2 RED CHILLIES, chopped
  • 1/2 CUP YOGURT
  • 2 TBSP LEMON JUICE
  • BLACK PEPPER
 

Put the fish on a plate, add two tablespoons of water and microwave for three minutes; stir, microwave one Minute. Allow the fish to cool down, then mix with apples, onions and chillies. Mix the yogurt with lemon juice, salt and pepper and mix through the salad. Put in the fridge for two hours before serving.

For the dressing, mix the mayonnaise, ginger syrup, lemon juice and orange juice. Mix the lettuce with half of the walnuts and cheese, pour the dressing over the lettuce and sprinkle the rest of the cheese and nuts on top.
