Smoked salmon and endives quiche

 

Roquefort apple quiche

   

Roll out the pastry and line a greased quiche mold with it. Make some holes in the pastry with a fork. Distribute the salmon on the bottom and the endives on the salmon. Beat the eggs with the cream and pepper and salt to taste and pour this mixture over the salmon. Bake the quiche half an hour at 180 degrees Celsius.

Put the phyllo dough in layers on a greased baking tray; brush each layer with melted butter. Distribute first the apple slices and then the cheese over the dough. Bake the quiche 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
