Put the candied fruit
on the bottom of a greased oven tin and put the cake cubes on top. Sprinkle
with kirsch. Beat the eggs with the milk, the sugar and the vanilla
sugar for 5 minutes and add the raisins. Pour this mixture on top. Put
a baking tray filled with water in the oven at 160 degrees
Celsius. Cover the pudding with
aluminum foil, put it in the middle of the water and bake 45 minutes
at 160 degrees Celsius.
