White bread

  • 300 GRAM FLOUR
  • 1 EGG
  • 2 TEASPOONS YEAST
  • 1 TEASPOONS SALT
  • 2 TEASPOONS SUGAR
  • 1.5 DECILITER WATER
 
  • 500 GRAM FLOUR
  • 2 TEASPOONS YEAST
  • 2 TEASPOONS SUGAR
  • 2 TEASPOONS SALT
  • 3 DECILITER WATER

Mix flour, sugar, salt, egg, water and yeast and knead for 5 minutes. Form about 50 small balls from the dough. Take out some muffin trays and put three balls on the bottom of every hole. Let the buns rise an hour. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees during 25 minutes.

These are the small breads that are served in restaurants as a side dish. They will make your dinner look luxurious and professional and they taste great. They are also good as part of a breakfast or lunch buffet.

Mix all ingredients and knead firmly for 15 minutes. Form a bread according to your imagination or put the dough in a bread tin. Leave it in a warm humid place to rise for two hours. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees during 40 minutes.
