Worldcook's Tangerine recipes

The tangerine is a citrus fruit, which has its origin probably in either India or China, about 3,000 years ago. They are amply available between December and March China is at least still the largest grower of tangerines, but Spain produces also a lot of them. You can use them in sweet and savory dishes, make juice and liqueur and you can also use the peel.
