- 1 KG MINCED BEEF
- 1 TBSP MUSTARD
- 1 TSP MUSTARD SEED
- 1 ONION, chopped
- 200 GRAM BACON, sliced
- 2 SLICES WHITE BREAD, diced
- 6 EGGS
- 1/2 CUP MILK
- HANDFUL PARSLEY, chopped

- 4 PORK CHOPS
- 2 TBSP SOY SAUCE
- 2 TBSP HONEY
- 2 CLOVES GARLIC, chopped
- PIECE OF GINGERROOT, grated
- 2 TBSP LEMON JUICE
- 4 TBSP WHITE WINE

Boil 4 eggs 10 minutes and
peel them. Mix the minced beef with the mustard, mustard seed, onion,
milk, parsley, bread, remaining 2 eggs and pepper and salt to taste.
Roll this out and put the boiled eggs in the middle. Close the mince
meat over the eggs and roll it in bacon. Bake the meatloaf one hour
in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.

Mix the soy sauce with the honey, garlic, gingerroot,
lemon juice and white wine and marinate the pork chops four hours. Put
the pork chops in an oven dish and cover with aluminum foil. Bake 35
minutes at 180 degrees Celsius;
take the foil off and bake 10 minutes more.
