Baked apples

 

Ganache

   

Put all ingredients together in a greased oven dish, covered with foil. Bake 40 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Take off the foil and bake 20 minutes more. Puree the mixture and serve hot or cold.

Heat the cream and melt the chocolate in it. refrigerate for three hours. Whisk the mixture for approximately 5 minutes. Serve with meringue or in chocolate cups, like above.
