- 500 GRAM MUSHROOMS, cut
- 4 GREEN ONIONS, chopped
- 2 CLOVES GARLIC, crushed
- 1 TSP CURRY POWDER
- 1/2 TSP PAPRIKA POWDER
- FRESH CORIANDER, chopped

- 200 GRAM CABBAGE, shredded
- 1 ONION, chopped
- 500 GRAM FRENCH BEANS, cleaned and cut
- 1/2 GINGERROOT, grated
- 1 CHILI, chopped
- 2 STEMS LEMON GRASS, cut
- 2 DECILITER COCONUT MILK

Fry the onions 5 minutes, add the garlic, fry 1 minute,
add the mushrooms and fry 5 minutes more. Stir in the curry powder and
the paprika. Garnish with coriander.

Fry the onion 5 minutes,
add the cabbage and the ginger , fry 10 minutes more. In a separate
pan, fry the lemon grass and the chili for 5 minutes, add the beans,
fry 5 minutes more, add the coconut milk and simmer for 10 minutes.
Put the cabbage on a plate and the beans over it.
