- 1 CAN OFCHICKPEAS (400 gram)
- 2 TBSP GREEN CORIANDER, chopped
- 1 TBSP MINT, chopped
- 1 CLOVE GARLIC, mashed
- 2 TBSP BREADCRUMBS
- 1 TSP CUMIN SEEDS
- PEPPER AND SALT

- 125 GRAM BUTTER
- 200 GRAM FLOUR
- 100 GRAM CHEESE, grated
- 1/2 TSP SALT

Grind the chickpeas in a food processor and mix them
with all other ingredients. Make eight balls out of this mixture and
put them in the fridge for an hour. Fry them until golden brown, 4 minutes
per side. Serve with
pita and garlic sauce.

Mix all ingredients
well together to a dough. Roll it out on a floured board and cut long
thin strips. Bake 15 minutes at 180 degrees
Celsius. Watch closely as they burn
easily.
