Cocktail sauce

 

Garlic sauce

 
  • 1 CUP MAYONNAISE
  • 1/2 CUP YOGURT
  • SOME GREEN ONIONS
  • GREEN HERBS
  • FRESH MILLED PEPPER
  • 3 CLOVES GARLIC
  • 1 TSP MUSTARD
  • 1 TBSP LEMON JUICE

Beat the cream until it looks like yogurt. Stir in all the other ingredients. Add salt if necessary

Press the garlic through a garlic press. Chop the green onions, cut the green herbs. Mix all the ingredients. Add salt to taste.
