Mix all ingredients
well together to a dough. Roll it out on a floured board and cut long
thin strips. Bake 15 minutes at 180 degrees
Celsius. Watch closely as they burn
easily.
Grind the chickpeas in a food processor and mix them
with all other ingredients. Make eight balls out of this mixture and
put them in the fridge for an hour. Fry them until golden brown, 4 minutes
per side. Serve with pita and
garlic sauce.
