Fry the onions and
garlic for 15 minutes on low heat; add the tomatoes and ginger and
cook until the tomatoes disintegrate. Add the meat and the spices
and 2 cups of water; simmer for 2 hours. If the sauce is to thin,
add some water; if it is too thick, cook on high heat to reduce it.
