- 600 GRAM SALMON FILLET
- 1/2 ONION, chopped
- 1 TBSP MUSTARD
- 1 EGG
- 1 AVOCADO, cubed
- 1 RED PEPPER, chopped
- HANDFUL PARSLEY, cut
- 1 TBSP LEMON JUICE
- 1 CLOVE GARLIC, mashed
- 4 WHITE BUNS

Mix the tuna, tomatoes,
corn, mayonnaise, gherkins and carrots well together. Put the mixture
in the tortilla's and roll them up.

Chop the salmon coarsely in the food processor and
add the onion, mustard, egg and pepper and salt to taste. Divide into
4 portions and shape them into hamburger size. Fry the salmon burgers
4 minutes on each side. In the meantime, mix the avocado with the pepper,
parsley, garlic and lemon juice and salt to taste. Put the burger on
a white bun with some of the avocado mixture on top. But only bread
and salmon burger is also delicious!
