Sweet omelet

Lemon Bavarian cream

  • 4 EGGS
  • 2 TABLESPOONS FLOUR
  • 4 TABLESPOONS SUGAR
  • 4 TABLESPOONS CREAM
  • 1 DECILITER MILK

Split the eggs. Beat the egg whites until firm and fluffy. Beat the yolks with the sugar, milk, flour and cream for 5 minutes until the mixture becomes white. Mix the whites and the yolk-mixture carefully. Bake 1/3 of the batter on a very low fire until the lower side becomes very light brown and the upper side a little bit firmer but not too firm. Keep this one warm in an oven of 80 degrees Celsius. Bake the next omelet again of 1/3 of the mixture and lay it on top of the first one. Bake the last one and lay it on top of the other two, but upside down this time. Dust with powdered sugar.

Sweet omelet is a very simple but also classic recipe. The ingredients will be available in almost every house at any time. You just need to be patient and careful, and you will prepare the best dessert ever!

The Worldcook website has also recipes for sweet strawberry omelet and sweet apple omelet.

Grate the lemon peel and press the juice out. Mix lemon rind, sugar, cream, cottage cheese and liqueur thoroughly. Put the gelatin in cold water for 10 minutes. Heat the lemon juice to the boiling point and dissolve the gelatin. Add to the cottage cheese mixture. Split the eggs, beat the egg whites until they are white and fluffy. Add first the yolks to the mixture and then carefully the whites. Put in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
