Mix the cream with
the walnuts and the sugar and bring this to the boil; simmer for 5 minutes.
Make a batter from the flour, 2 eggs, 1 cup of milk and the mineral
water and bake 4 pancakes. Spoon the cream/walnut mixture and the pancakes
and fold them in four. Sprinkle the pancakes with rum. Heat the remaining
milk with an egg yolk, the chocolate and the cacao until almost boiling
and pour this over the pancakes.
