Heat the cream, milk
and 80 gram sugar and melt the chocolate in the hot fluid. Take the
pan off the heat and add the egg yolks, stir well. Put the mixture in
small oven forms. Put in the oven at 150 degrees for 45 minutes. Put
the forms in the fridge until they are really cold. Spread the rest
of the sugar over the crème and put under a hot grill for 2 minutes.
