Bring the milk to
the boil with the rice and the cinnamon; turn the heat low and
simmer for half an hour. Add the other ingredients, simmer 5 minutes
more. Serve hot.
Distribute the
apples over the bottom of a greased pie mold and sprinkle them with
2 tablespoons sugar and a few cubes of butter. Beat the rest of the
butter together with the remaining sugar, the flour, the eggs, the
vanilla sugar and the milk. Pour this mixture on the apples. Bake
the pudding half an hour at 180 degrees
Celsius.
