Worldcook's Recipes with kohlrabi

Kohlrabi is member of the cabbage family. The name comes from the German Kohl (cabbage) and rab (turnip), even though the turnip is very different and grows, contrarily to the kohlrabi, under the soil. The harvest season of kohlrabi is April to September. You can eat it raw, cook it (10-15 minutes) or stir fry.
