Kohlrabi dish

 
  • 500 GRAM FRENCH BEANS
  • 2 TBSP BLACK SESAME SEEDS, roasted
  • 1 TBSP SOY SAUCE
  • 1 TBSP HOISIN SAUCE
  • 1 TBSP SUGAR
 
  • 500 GRAM KOHLRABI, in small cubes
  • 3 EGGS
  • 100 GRAM MILK
  • 40 GRAM BUTTER, melted
  • 2 ONIONS, chopped
  • 2 CLOVES GARLIC, chopped
  • 1/2 TSP NUTMEG, grated
  • 1/2 TSP PAPRIKA POWDER
Cook the beans for 10 minutes. Mix the soy sauce with the hoisin sauce and the sugar and stir this through the beans. Put the beans in a bowl and sprinkle with sesame seed. Serve with white rice and deep fried nori chicken.

Mix all ingredients well together and put this mixture in a greased oven tin. Bake 25 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius.
