Roast the peppers for
20 minutes in the oven at 220 degrees and peel them. Cut them in pieces,
cut the olives in three and the feta in cubes. Mix peppers, olives,
feta and sunflower seeds and some pepper and salt. Slice the French
bread and put the mixture on the slices.
Boil the eggs for 3
1/2 minute. Cut them horizontally, put them on a plate and sprinkle
some salt on top. Spread the mayonnaise over the eggs, chop the chives
and put on top. Lay the gherkins on the side. Serve with salty biscuits.
Eggs mayonnaise is
a very simple recipe. The quality however is depending on the quality
of the mayonnaise. Therefore, the best is to make your own mayonnaise
and use a very good quality oil.
