Put each apple in a
piece of aluminum foil and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees
Celsius. In the meantime, put together
the orange juice, cream, sugar and cinnamon and boil on high heat until
the sauce has the right consistency. Take the apples out of the foil
and pour the sauce over, sprinkle the almonds on top. Serve hot.
Beat the egg whites
until fluffy, slowly beat in 150 gram sugar, finally beat in the cacao.
Make small heaps, with the help of two spoons, on a sheet of baking
paper on an oven tray. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 150 degrees
Celsius. Allow to cool down. In
the mean time, beat the cream with remaining sugar and peel and cut
(if necessary) the fruit. Serve the chocolate meringue with the cream
and the fruit.
