Peel the shrimps, leave
the tail on. Beat the egg white and mix with the flour and some ice
cold water until you have a nice batter. Heat oil in a frying pan. Dip
the shrimps in the batter and fry during 3 or 4 minutes at 180 degrees
Celsius. Sprinkle some lemon juice over the shrimps, cut the rest of
the lemon in thin slices and serve with the shrimps.
Serve with cocktail sauce.
