Cook the pumpkin 20 minutes and mash it together
with the sage leaves and the pepper. Stir fry the bacon and add it to
the pumpkin. Mix the cottage cheese with the eggs and half of the cheese
and add salt and pepper to taste. Dissolve the corn starch in a few
tablespoons milk. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil, add the corn
starch mixture and heat, while stirring, until the sauce thickens. Add
the remaining cheese, keep a little behind. Put one third of the pumpkin
mixture in a lasagna dish, cover with lasagna sheets, add one third
of the cottage cheese mixture, cover with lasagna sheets. Repeat this
twice. Pour the cheese sauce on top and sprinkle with some cheese. Bake
the lasagna 30 minutes at 180 degrees
