Puree the bananas with the sugar, the
milk and half of the cream. Freeze this mixture for three hours. Add
the walnuts and half of the chocolate, stir well and freeze one hour
more. Melt the rest of the chocolate with the remaining cream. Serve
the ice cream with the chocolate sauce and decorate with a walnut.
