	Strawberry gratin			Lemon ricotta pie
	600 GRAM STRAWBERRIES, cleaned 3 EGG YOLKS 6 TBSP SUGAR 1/2 CUP CREAM			RIND FROM 3 LEMONS 400 GRAM RICOTTA or COTTAGE CHEESE 1/2 CUP CREAM 3 EGGS 100 GRAM RAISINS 100 GRAM SUGAR 3 TBSP CUSTARD POWDER 1 GLASS FLADDERAK or LIMONCELLO
Put the strawberries in four small oven resistant bowls. Beat the egg yolks, cream and sugar for a few minutes and pour this mixture on the strawberries. Put under the grill for 5-7 minutes.			Stir the custard powder through the cream. Add all other ingredients and mix them well. Put them in a pie form and bake the pie 45 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
