Strawberry gratin

 

Lemon ricotta pie

  • 600 GRAM STRAWBERRIES, cleaned
  • 3 EGG YOLKS
  • 6 TBSP SUGAR
  • 1/2 CUP CREAM
 

Put the strawberries in four small oven resistant bowls. Beat the egg yolks, cream and sugar for a few minutes and pour this mixture on the strawberries. Put under the grill for 5-7 minutes.

Stir the custard powder through the cream. Add all other ingredients and mix them well. Put them in a pie form and bake the pie 45 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
