Melt the butter with
75 gram sugar. Take the mixture off the heat and add the egg and the
flour. Stir well. Put the remaining sugar on a plate. Form small balls
of the dough and roll them through the sugar. Put them on an oven tray
but give some space, the cookies will grow. Bake 20 minutes at 180 degrees
Celsius.

Mix the soft butter
with flour and sugar; the dough should be quite soft. Form the cookies
on an oven dish, using a cake decorating bag. Bake in the oven at 180
degrees, 20 minutes. Allow them to cool down well, otherwise they will
fall apart.
