Heat the honey whilst stirring and dissolve the sugar in it. Add all other ingredients except the icing sugar, knead well and spread this mixture out on a greased baking tray. Bake 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Make icing from the icing sugar with a little water and spread this over the top; cut immediately in squares or rectangles. |
