a dough of 300 gram flour, 125 gram butter, one egg, 50 gram sugar and
some water. Put the dough in an oven dish, put some aluminum foil on
and fill with uncooked beans or rice. Bake 30 minutes at 200 degrees,
take out the filling and the foil. Make a custard of milk, 30 gram sugar,
the rest of flour and butter and 4 egg yolks. Allow it to cool and poor
on the dough. Cook 100 gram of raspberries together with 20 gram sugar
and 2 dl water for 5 minutes and put through a sieve. reheat and dissolve
the gelatin. Allow to cool down a little bit. Put the rest of the raspberries
on top of the custard and poor the jelly over the raspberries.

cut the apples. Melt the rest of the sugar with the rest of the butter
