Raspberry pie Apple caramel pie
  • 360 GRAM FLOUR
  • 150 GRAM BUTTER
  • 5 EGGS
  • 100 GRAM SUGAR
  • 2 CUPS MILK
  • 500 GRAM RASPBERRIES
  • 2 LEAVES GELATIN
  • 250 GRAM FLOUR
  • 225 GRAM BUTTER
  • 150 GRAM SUGAR
  • 1 EGG
  • 100 GRAM NUTS
  • 5 APPLES
  • 1/2 CUP CREAM

Make a dough of 300 gram flour, 125 gram butter, one egg, 50 gram sugar and some water. Put the dough in an oven dish, put some aluminum foil on and fill with uncooked beans or rice. Bake 30 minutes at 200 degrees, take out the filling and the foil. Make a custard of milk, 30 gram sugar, the rest of flour and butter and 4 egg yolks. Allow it to cool and poor on the dough. Cook 100 gram of raspberries together with 20 gram sugar and 2 dl water for 5 minutes and put through a sieve. reheat and dissolve the gelatin. Allow to cool down a little bit. Put the rest of the raspberries on top of the custard and poor the jelly over the raspberries.

Make a dough of flour, 125 gram butter, 75 gram sugar and some water. Put the dough in an oven dish and bake 10 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius. In the meantime, peel and cut the apples. Melt the rest of the sugar with the rest of the butter en 2 tablespoons flour, put off the heat and add chopped nuts and cream. Put the apples on the dough and poor the butter mixture on top. Bake 30 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius.
