Put the flour,
milk, yeast, salt, 75 gram sugar and 1 egg together and knead for ten
minutes and allow it to rise one hour. In the mean time, bring the butter
with the remaining sugar, the condensed milk and the cacao slowly to
the boil. Add the 2 eggs and the walnuts and heat slowly while stirring
well until it thickens. Roll the dough out to a thin rectangle and spread
the nut mixture on top. Roll up the dough and put it in a bread pan.
Allow it to rise another hour; bake 40 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius.
