Day 1: Mix 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup milk and the yeast.
Stir well.
Day 2-4: Stir well, once a day.
Day 5: Add 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup milk.
Day 6-9: Stir well, once a day.
Day 10: Add 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup milk.
Now your starter is finished. You need 1 cup for each bread, 1 cup you
can use to start the cycle again from day 2. You can give the rest away

Put all ingredients together and add half a cup of
water and some salt. Mix well. Pour the batter into a loaf pan, and
bake 1 hour at 170 degrees Celsius.
