Amish friendship lemon bread

- 2 CUPS FLOUR
- 1 1/2 CUP MILK
- 1/2 CUP BUTTER, MELTED
- 2 EGGS
- 100 GRAM CHEESE, grated
- 1 BUNCH BASIL LEAVES, chopped
- 1 TSP BAKING SODA
- 1 TBSP PESTO
- 1/2 TSP SALT
- 2 CLOVES GARLIC, mashed

Put all ingredients together and add one deciliter
water and some salt. Mix well. Pour the batter into a loaf pan, and
bake 1 hour at 170 degrees Celsius.

Mix all the ingredients well together and pour the
batter in a round tin. Bake the bread 30 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
Pesto is delicious
just on a slice of bread, but you can also use it in many recipes. The
