Peel the potatoes and
take the inside out with a sharp knife. Grate the inside of the potato
and mix with yogurt, cheese, egg yolk and fresh milled pepper and salt.
Stuff the potatoes with this mixture. Put them in an oven
dish, pour the stock around and bake 1 hour at 180 degrees
Celsius.

Cook the potatoes in the peel for 15 minutes, peel
and slice them. Put them in an oven dish and sprinkle them with salt,
pepper and thyme. Then pour over 1.5 dl cream. Put in the oven at 200
degrees until all the cream has evaporated and the potatoes are slightly
brown. Take the potatoes out of the oven and sprinkle with the rest
of the cream.
