- 200 GRAM PRAWNS, raw, peeled
- 1 TBSP SESAME SEED
- BUNCH OF GREEN ONIONS, chopped
- 2 CLOVES GARLIC, chopped
- 2 CHILIES, chopped
- 2 TBSP SOY SAUCE

- 400 GRAM NOODLES
- 300 GRAM BEEF, in strips
- 6 TOMATOES, in wedges
- 1 RED PEPPER, sliced
- 2 TBSP SESAME SEED
- 2 CLOVES GARLIC, chopped
- 5 TBSP OIL
- 200 GRAM BOK CHOY, sliced
- 100 GRAM WATER CRESS

Heat some oil in a
wok to very high temperature. Stir fry the onions, chilies, garlic and
prawns for 2-3 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir fry
1/2 minute more. Serve with rice noodles.

Mix the oil with the red pepper, garlic and pepper
and salt to taste and marinate the beef 4 hours. Cook the noodles according
to instructions. In the meantime, stir fry the beef 3 minutes, add the
bok choy and stir fry 3 minutes more. Mix this with the cooked noodles
and put the noodles in a large bowl. Arrange first the tomatoes on top,
then the water cress and sprinkle with sesame seed.
