Orange cream

 

Pears in chocolate fudge sauce

  • 300 GRAM FRESH ORANGE JUICE
  • 1 TBSP ORANGE RIND, grated
  • 1 CUP YOGURT
  • 1/2 CUP CONDENSED MILK
  • 6 TBSP SUGAR
  • 1 TSP VANILLA SUGAR
 

Put all ingredients together and beat a few minutes with an electric mixer. Put the cream in four glasses and freeze them one hour before serving. Decorate with a slice of orange.

Cook the pears 15 minutes. Melt the chocolate with the cream. Stir in the pancake syrup. Pour the sauce over the pears.
