Chop half of the almonds
and keep the rest for decoration. Beat the butter and the sugar together
until fluffy; beat in the egg white. Stir in chopped almonds, baking
soda and flour. Chill for two hours. Shape into little balls on a baking
tray and decorate with an almond. Bake 10-15 minutes in the oven at
170 degrees Celsius.

Melt the butter and
dissolve the sugar, simmer for a few minutes. Mix in all the other ingredients.
Put in an oven form and bake 25 minutes at 175 degrees
Celsius.
