- 125 GRAM SELF RAISING FLOUR
- 100 GRAM SUGAR
- 75 GRAM BUTTER, soft
- 75 GRAM WALNUTS, chopped
- 100 GRAM WHITE CHOCOLATE, chopped
- 50 GRAM DRIED BANANA, chopped

- 200 GRAM FLOUR
- 100 GRAM BUTTER, cold and cubed
- 75 GRAM SUGAR
- 2 TBSP WHITE WINE
- 75 GRAM WHITE CHOCOLATE, melted
- RIND OF 1 LEMON

Mix all ingredients
well together and form 20 small balls. Put these on a greased baking
tray and bake them 15 minutes at 180 degrees
Celsius.

Mix the flour with
the sugar, the butter, the wine and a pinch of salt and knead well.
Put the dough in the fridge for one hour. Roll it out and cut cookies
out of it. Bake the cookies 8-10 minutes at 180 degrees
Celsius. Allow them to cool down
and decorate them with chocolate and lemon rind.
