Mix the butter with the flour, the baking soda, the egg, the sugar, the
honey, the almonds and the lemon rind and knead for 1/2 minute. Roll the
dough out and cut heart shapes; bake them 10-12 minutes in the oven at 180
degrees Celsius and allow them to cool
down. Mix the icing sugar with 1 tablespoon of water. Melt the chocolate
and mix with the icing. Dip half of the cookies in the chocolate mixture
