Mix the butter with the flour, the baking soda, the egg,
the sugar, the honey, the almonds and the lemon rind and knead for 1/2
minute. Roll the dough out and cut heart shapes; bake them 10-12 minutes
in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius
and allow them to cool down. Mix the icing sugar with 1 tablespoon of
water. Melt the chocolate and mix with the icing. Dip half of the
cookies in the chocolate mixture and let them cool down. This cookie is served by the Swiss for New Year. |
