Wheat diamonds

  • 150 GRAM FLOUR
  • 150 GRAM BUTTER, soft
  • 1 EGG
  • 150 GRAM SUGAR
  • 1/2 TSP CINNAMON
  • 1/2 TSP ANISEED
  • 50 GRAM HAZELNUTS, chopped
  • 1/2 TSP GINGER POWDER
 
  • 200 GRAM WHOLEMEAL FLOUR
  • 100 GRAM BROWN SUGAR
  • 75 GRAM BUTTER, cold in cubes
  • 1 EGG
  • 1 TSP BAKING POWDER
  • 2 TBSP OAT FLAKES

Mix all ingredients well and form small rolls of the length of a thumb. Bake these 20 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius.

Knead all ingredients well together and roll the dough out to a thin rectangle. Cut diamonds with a knife. Bake these 20 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius.
