Roll out the puff pastry
and put in an oven dish. Sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon over the bottom.
Take the pits out of the cherries and put them on the dough. Bake in
the oven at 200 degrees Celsius
for 30 minutes. Cover with cherry jam.
Two opportunities to use the big, black, sweet
cherries of summer!
Put the cherries on
the bottom of an oven dish. Melt the butter and mix with the other ingredients,
mix for 5 minutes and poor the mixture on top of the cherries. Bake
in the oven at 175 degrees Celsius
for 45 minutes.
