- 300 GRAM WHOLEMEAL FLOUR
- 100 GRAM SEMOLINA
- 100 GRAM OATMEAL
- 1 TSP BAKING SODA
- 2 TBSP SUGAR
- 2 TSP SALT
- 1.5 DECILITER YOGURT
- 1 DECILITER MILK
- 1 EGG

- 100 GRAM DRIED TOMATOES, cut
- 250 GRAM DARK FLOUR
- 250 GRAM WHITE FLOUR
- 2 TBSP BAKING SODA
- 1/2 TBSP SALT
- 3 DECILITER BEER
- 2 TBSP SOY SAUCE

Mix all ingredients
and knead for a few minutes. Form into a long roll, flatten a little
and cut into 8 pieces. Bake 30 minutes at 190 degrees
Celsius.
