| My culinary memories, dating back from the three years that I lived in this country, are not necessarily positive. The first diner existed for the major part of an entire sheep. The animal was far past adolescence and had eaten extremely well, judging from the amount, dark yellow color and smell of its fat. The second time we had barbecue in the desert. Never again has my diner table been visited by that many fat black flies. Luckily, things got better after that, and we enjoyed food with a glass of home made wine, made from grape juice, sugar and yeast. | ||||||||
