Zelbo gomen

   
 
  • 500 GRAM KALE, chopped
  • 1 ONION, chopped
  • PIECE OF GINGERROOT, grated
  • 1 RED PEPPER, chopped
  • 2 CLOVES GARLIC, chopped
   

Bring the kale with half a cup of water to the boil; add the remaining ingredients and salt to taste and simmer for 20 minutes. Take off the lid and cook half a minute on high heat to evaporate the remaining fluid.
