Grind the beans in a food processor. Add the
chilies and onions and whisk this mixture for a couple of minutes.
Add the egg and salt to taste and whisk a few minutes more. Make
portions with a tablespoon and deep fry them in a layer of hot oil.
Serve with chili sauce.
