Mix the flour with
the eggs, the vanilla sugar and the milk and bake 8 pancakes with this
batter. Add a few tablespoons of water and 75 gram sugar to the apples,
bring this to the boil and cook for 20 minutes until it is puree. Stack
the pancakes with a layer of apple sauce and some shaved almonds between
each pancake and sprinkle the remaining sugar on top. Bake the pie 20
minutes at 180 degrees Celsius
