Mix the butter with
the sugar and beat for a few minutes. Add the egg yolks. Melt half of
the chocolate and add this. Add the flour, the walnuts and the apricots.
Whisk the egg whites until fluffy and carefully fold them into the batter.
Pour this mixture in a greased baking pan and bake 45 minutes at 170
degrees
Celsius.
Allow the cake to cool down and slice it in two layers. Distribute the
jam over the first layer and put the second layer on top. Melt the remaining
chocolate with the oil and pour this over the pie.
